Wayne’s career work experience spans many settings; as a clinician doing psychiatric emergency service work and hospital fee-for-service, to supervising staff and interns as Director of Family Services at both the American Red Cross and Jewish Family and Children’s Services for over 20 years.

Wayne offers a wealth of experience to those he supervises as they work with individuals and families. Wayne enjoys helping to cultivate new therapists and hone the skill sets of experienced therapists to learn, grow, and gain new insights.

Wayne brings a compassionate, humorous, and supportive approach to his work with supervisees. He believes that all clinicians should have ongoing supervision throughout their careers, due to the often challenging and stressful nature of the work that we do helping others manage crises.
